Hi, I'm Rick Crandall, a local resident for many years, and also a rapidly dying man. My aunt Bebe Nunn was the first owner and designer of the U-Drop Inn on Route 66. My cousin is Paul Hicks, who many of you know! And, a picture of my aunt Stella hangs in the Pioneer West Museum. I HAD MANY relatives here (the Clay family), who mostly have passed away (Shamrock cemetary). My uncle "T.J. Cole" had a really huge farm, between Wheeler and Shamrock. I've been there many times as a child, but it's gone now.
I graduated from TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY with an electrical engineering degree.
Right now, I NEED YOUR HELP so I can AVOID ending up in a NURSING HOME!!!!
And You, the CHURCH MEMBERS are My Last Hope. I will explain...
For this, I don't need your MONEY. And, I don't even need your TIME.
All that I do need (just prayers only won't help me!) from each and every churchgoer (and I've prayed to God for this!!) is simply a SIGNATURE on a PETITION, from each of you. That's ALL it will take to completely restore my HEALTH to normal, and thus KEEP ME from having to very soon go to a NURSING HOME for the rest of my life!!! I don't wanna go there!!
Let me explain.... :
My muscles are deteriorating very rapidly. I am getting weaker by the day. I can't stand up straight, and I can only stand up for just a few minutes at a time. Then, I have to collapse. I am in extreme pain, often, and am very weak. It takes me an hour, due to exhaustion, just to "go potty". I'm getting very near the point where I'd need a nurse to lift me on and off the toilet! I can get out of breath just walking across the room. I will probably be in a wheel chair soon, but there's no room/path for that where I live. And due to my clearly worsening condition, I AM SCARED OUT OF MY WITS!
So, TO SAVE ME, I want to move to Lubbock, TX. There, I can get badly needed, and PROPER, Physical Therapy and also proper medical diagnoses and treatment for my various other medical conditions (there are many). The doctors and medical resources in Shamrock CANNOT HELP ME any further. It's that simple. The big problem with this plan, however, is that I'm on a very sub-poverty Fixed Income, and cannot afford rent ANYWHERE in the United States! [Right now, I'm living in what's essentially a storage building with windows and electricity and internet and heating/cooling. But, there is no running water here. So, due to this, I am not having to pay any RENT, while living here... ]
So, to solve this problem, I'm planning to apply for a JOB, with TEXAS TECH university (their Electrical Engineering Dept.), in Lubbock. Then, if hired/accepted, I can move to Lubbock! All my medical problems can then be solved! And even more importantly, I have an invention that I want to sell or license to Texas Tech! I'm not able to build and test this invention, due to my lack of money to do so. But it SHOULD operate, and operate well, per my new physics theory (highly mathematical stuff, at the Ph.D. level). And what will this remarkable invention (or machine) do?? It is expected to generate unlimited watts of electricity, using NO FUEL or any input whatsoever! So, if you had this little machine/box in your house, then You would never have to pay SWEPCO for electricity EVER AGAIN!!! Once Texas Tech builds, tests, and verifies this machine, I will try my best to make sure it is inexpensively available to Everyone in Shamrock! This will be my gift to YOU, in appreciation of all the wonderful people who have signed the PETITION that I've been talking about. Also, more importantly, this machine could save millions of lives in, say, really HOT areas of Africa, where the very poor people there cannot afford to pay for electricity to run air conditioners, and so many people there die every summer of heat stroke or heat exhaustion. Saving LIVES is very, very important, as I'm sure you'd agree!
So, exactly WHAT IS this PETITION, and why is it needed?? Here's why. You see, I've tried for YEARS to encourage various professors, at many different universities, to study and understand my invention and my physics theory, so that they'd hopefully be willing to build and test these things, for the benefit of All Humanity. Well, I have completely failed to get their attention. Not ONE of them would even LOOK AT even the very first page of my scholarly materials (700 pages worth!!). My being ignored and "kicked to the curb" is no doubt due to the fact that the world's most RECENT and ACCEPTED physics theory says that such electrical machines are clearly IMPOSSIBLE to build, and that will ALWAYS and FOREVER BE THE CASE. And, these people are CLOSED-MINDED and have extremely BIG egos. So, I can fully understand why they will not even look at what I have for them. This obviously needs to change, mainly in order to Save Lives, around the world. I HAVE NOT YET SHOWN my physics theory to Texas Tech University, mainly out of fear, I suppose. That's the school I graduated from in 1984, in Lubbock, TX! So, now it's time for me to show it to Texas Tech University, and I MUST NOT FAIL, THIS TIME. This is my LAST HOPE and LAST RESORT. IF they are ultimately uninterested, then I will have to just give up on MY LIFE, and go check into the Nursing Home in McClean, TX. How very very sad for me, if this should indeed happen... SO, I desperately need for as many as possible Shamrock church folks to sign a PETITION which asks TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY to SERIOUSLY LOOK AT and EVALUATE my physics theory and invention. I'm sure they won't do it, if I try to do this all by myself, all alone!!!
The wording for the PETITION will be approximately as follows (some of the final details may vary). GOOD NEWS! I was able to attend the recent BUSINESS MEETING (5/19/24), and fortunately they temporarily gave me permission to sit in a lawn chair right outside of the building, after next Sunday Services, and ANY Sunday Service, and collect signatures on my PETITION. However, there are RULES, and I was told that I must NOT get up out of my lawn chair, and I must NOT display ANY signs whatsoever. All they'd allow me to have, on my person, is a clipboard and the PETITION, and a pen! That's it!!!
UPDATE (5/22/24 - wednesday): The church coucil WILL NOT allow me anywhere on church property to get my petition signed!!! Yes, they have changed their minds. But I CAN still attend church services, they said. That's a Good Thing.
It's just that they are scared to death of LIABILITY, and such related LAWS... YIKES!!!!!!!!!
So PLEASE, PLEASE LOOK FOR ME, sitting OUTSIDE my gray SUV vehicle, ACROSS THE STREET from Church, or possibly just a little bit DOWN THE STREET, next Sunday (5/26/24), and PLEASE come over to me and SIGN the PETITION! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!
I CAN'T DO IT WITHOUT YOU! Please note that while individuals from the church have expressed sympathy for me (personally, but not business related), and thankfully so, they are NOT ALLOWED, by 30 year-old bylaws, to talk about me or this website. It's clearly against the rules. However, just know that some of them prayed heavily for me, and I thank God that at least they were very very sympathetic and at least one said I have a very, very, very worthy cause. Subject: Petition asking ECE chair to seriously review, evaluate, and respond back on a Physics Theory Paper by R. Crandall.
WE the undersigned Petitioners respectfully ask that an appropriate qualified person within ECE (the Chairman included) review, evaluate, and respond back (to Richard Crandall) on a Physics Paper (approx. 360 pages) entitled "A New Theory of Quark Substructure for Mesons and Baryons".
This Physics Paper can be found starting on page B-119 in Richard Crandall's 700 page book, which has also been delivered to you, separately, ALONG WITH THIS PETITION. The original publication was by D&R Scientific Publishing Co.; Denver, CO - Dept. of Physics & Research, SPC.
PART OF the paper's ABSTRACT reads as follows:
"This new theory predicts & explains many of the major features of quantum mechanics, quantum
electrodynamics, quark theory, and electromagnetic theory, by starting with simpler, lower-level
principles. The entire theory is based upon a linearized (i.e. weak-field) solution of the general
Einstein tensor equation for matter-induced curvature of spacetime. This set of equations looks
very similar to Maxwell's equations of Electrodynamics. The equations show the existence of
what are termed “gravitomagnetic” fields and “gravitoelectric” (just plain, ordinary gravity) fields.
The theory accomplishes the following:
Predicts the masses of 18 subatomic particles (a mix of common mesons and baryons). The error is
only a few percent for most of them. For one particle, it’s 0.9%.
Finds a never-before-discovered, very simple pattern regarding all these masses. Amazingly,
the square root of the mass of any particle, divided by the square root of the mass of the
electron, is always an integer (approximately). More amazingly, the result (rounded to an
exact integer) is always evenly divisible by either 7 or 8. See figure A_MASS, or investigate it
for yourself. The value for the proton is 42, which is 7 x 6.
Derives (predicts) most of the major features of Quantum Mechanics (QM), Quantum
Electrodynamics (QED), quark theory (QCD), Classical Electrodynamics (EM) theory,
and also Special Relativity (SR), starting from simpler principles. In this new proposed
theory, though, General Relativity (GR) is a given and is assumed to be valid for these
models right from the beginning. These predicted features are as follows:
(QM) The true physical origin of spin, being typically one-half of “h-bar”. (This has previously
been unknown).
(EM & QCD) The true physical origin of “electric charge”. (Previously unknown). The true
physical origin for the values of the “multiple of one third” signed charges of each of the 3
quarks in the proton and also the neutron is shown (Previously unknown).
(EM) Maxwell’s equations, derived from simpler principles. Shows what the electromagnetic
field is physically composed of: a stream of “protoparticle” dynamic structures, which we see
to be extremely low frequency photons.
(QCD) The exact radius of the Proton is predicted / calculated. No other theory has
come so close to the actual measured value.
(EM) The physical reason for attractive photon exchanges between particles of mass. It
reveals the concept of negative linear momentum. (This has previously been unknown).
(QCD) The strong nuclear force. It is shown to be none other than a (very, very strong)
gravitomagnetic field. (Previously unknown).
Gravity-based propulsion systems ("antigravity" flight) can be built, since we now know that nuclei of atoms
contain extremely strong gravitomagnetic fields, which can be converted to intense
gravitoelectric (i.e. just ordinary gravity) fields.
The mass of any particle can be reduced (even to near-zero) by forcibly enlarging the
diameter of the particle’s “protoparticle dynamic substructure”.
Protoparticle dynamic substructures are held together at equilibrium radius by a balance of
forces, namely centripetal and centrifugal forces."

Additionally, know that several completely different lab experiments have been done, which ALL have verified the physics theory. Anomalous phenomena were observed, which defied existing laws of physics; specifically the conservation of momentum law for closed systems was violated! Very high voltages and magnetic fields were used in these experiments. Videos available! And one device in particular actually succeeded in making "gravitomagnetic fluid" visible to the unaided eye!!! There were several witnesses to this, including one Ph.D. in physics.
So, WE the undersigned Petitioners respectfully also ask the ECE chair to respond back to Richard P. Crandall, immediately, simply to let him know you have received these materials (700 page book plus this petition).
There is technology here which we believe will help ALL OF HUMANITY. Please let Mr. Crandall know if you will give him a chance at making a difference in our world.
